It was a cold, cloudy, and snow-less day here in the Wisconsin town that we call home. We got out of school early, due to a scheduled half day. In the case that this privilege of being released early was bestowed upon us, we... we were bored. To say the least. This is what we came to, floundering in the sea of love for you we created.... A Masterpiece. Dearest dearest boy, this lovely idea came about when Laura (I) and Sloane were driving in the car, listening to the new David Guetta song that is quaintly catchy, and seamlessly relateable too. Laura (I) said, lets do our long, never done yet, plan of making  a music video. So we decided on this song, being that we miss you so and wish you were here (which in good time, you will be). Corn Maze Hell

Why Women Are Insane.

After a relaxing night at Laubers, cramming Teagan and Sam into the trunk of a car together and then singing showtunes, Abe went along with the idea that it would be a wonderful to get his eyes plucked.  So Jenna went after him with a tweezers and his eyebrows became much less bushy.  It was a wonderful occurrence.

I think we have an addiction...

After making our way to an Indian grocery store that smelled of curry, we had found it (with the help of a kind old Indian man) our henna.  What began as a simple foot tattoo and one on the hip spiraled into an ankle, another foot, a hand, a side, a shoulder blade, one more foot, a wrist, a forearm and more... My roomed smelled awful for days but we have officially been branded.

In light of the 99 degree weather with humidity added on to make it around 110, life in Wisconsin sucks.  Forced to hide indoors and avoid the sunlight due to the risk of the sun drying you up instantly, we were so bored.  After days of being forced to hide indoors a brave few of us decided to make the trek outside and found that the pool was a haven among hell.  Wonder and amazement soon followed and then turned into some not so good ideas that made for good footage.

Boston or bust

So, we decided to be bad...

Laura and I (I being Sloane) went to go pick up Emma in Burlington.  Upon arriving we were forced to watch tv for hours while Emma showered.  When she was finally done she informed us that she had seen a railroad crossing sign while kayaking earlier today.  So we went and got it only to find out that the sign was still attached to the pole.  A nice 12 foot pole that really did not fit into our car.  So we drove home with a pole sticking out the back with Rhondas swimming suit attached to the end.  It was a good day.

Well, we tried.

So yesterday we decided to try and make paper lanterns, this sadly didn't go so well for us.  All of the lanterns literally crashed and burned.  We plan to keep trying to get them to fly and eventually we would like to get one to Portugal for you.

Fourth of July Weekend
